Project 1: OTTAKU COMMERCIAL
My role: Music composer, sound designer, mixing engineer
Description: Ottaku features a cartoon-like aesthetic where both the music and the sound design comment on every action on screen. I created the complete sonic language of the piece (including the final sonic logo), synchronizing musical gestures and designed sound effects to enhance emotion and visual humor.
Project 2: TRIBIT COMMERCIAL
My role: Music composer, sound designer, mixing engineer
Description: Tribit relies on sharp contrasts between locations and moods, which I emphasized through dynamic shifts in sound design and music.
In the sound design, I combined realistic environmental textures with stylized commercial elements such as whooshes, impacts, and transitional effects to enhance motion and energy. I handled the full audio post-production process, from initial sound design and composition to final mix.
Project 3: DISPOSABLE ROOTS
The winner of Bowery Film Festival (2025 New York)
My role: Music composer, sound designer, mixing engineer, Foley recordist
Description: In this film, I focused on using sound design and music to support the fast pace and distinctive editing style. The sound combines realistic audio with creative elements, such as extra camera-shutter sounds and shifts in overall processing whenever a photograph appears on screen. I contributed original score to the film (selected cues presented here).
Project 4: ANOTHER BIRTH
Busan International Film Festival 2025, Competition Program
My role: Music composer, sound designer, mixing engineer, Foley recordist
Description: The film was shot in extremely challenging remote conditions, so I rebuilt almost the entire sound from scratch, including all ambience and Foley. The main goal was to create a natural, immersive acoustic world. All dialogue was re-recorded in the studio, and my task was to make it feel authentically location-recorded. I also contributed additional score and mixed music by another composer.
